Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process. If your order has already been shipped, you may return it following our standard return policy upon receipt.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The time it takes for your refund to be credited may vary depending on your payment provider. Credit card refunds typically appear within one billing cycle. For other payment methods, please allow additional time for processing. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund before posting it to your account.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us with your order number and refund details. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly. In cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
